• Development Lead, Teach First (UK national teacher development organisation), responsible for training and quality assurance across leadership qualification programmes.
• Assessor and moderator for the UK’s National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) – government-accredited leadership qualifications for teachers and school leaders.
• Experience designing and delivering teacher development and curriculum programmes within national and school-level contexts
• Trustee, Primary Science Teaching Trust – Board-level governance and strategic oversight.
